Tucked away near the Sierra Nevadas, The Homegrown Apple’s homestead welcomes guests to come and stay above their beautifully-built barn loft they’ve made into the sweetest little Airbnb home.
We recently stayed at my Instagram-turned-real-life friend’s Airbnb in the most quaint little corner of California, and it was such a special little getaway. Aimee and her family are the real deal — they are very kind hosts and implemented such tender details into their Airbnb experience. I cannot recommend their loft enough if you’re looking to sneak away into the foothills, and experience a part of California that you likely haven’t even realized was there. I share more about their homestead, here.
From the fresh linens on their beds, lovely appliances, and amazing amenities — you really can’t go wrong with escaping the city chaos and enjoying a slower pace. A short drive from Historic Sonora where they have really great little coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants, and not too far from Murphy where they have lovely little wineries, eateries and ice cream.
We are already planning our next trip to visit Aimee, her family and enjoy her stunning Airbnb. All the details are stunning in person, and it’s such a refreshing space to recharge and soak in the beauty that surrounds.
